Ideally located between the village of Arcangues and Biarritz or Bayonne, this large Basque villa with garden, swimming pool, parking spaces and garage, is designed to accommodate a large family of 12 people thanks to its 6 bedrooms and 4 shower rooms or bathrooms. Ample and very bright, it offers a panoramic view of the surroundings and the Pyrenees, facing south.
Easy to access for people with reduced mobility, it has 2 bedrooms with bathrooms on the ground floor and 4 other bedrooms with 2 other bathrooms upstairs.
Well-equipped separate kitchen and scullery serving as a laundry room and storage space.
You can of course have lunch in the sun on the terrace but also go under the covered part, if you want a little shade.
The swimming pool is not heated but the season being hot, the water is very good. There is a rolling shutter to protect children who are not under supervision.
