In the main room, a cosy double bed and a fresh and welcoming atmosphere will make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. There is also a table for two, perfect for enjoying your meals or working on your laptop. The space has been carefully designed to offer a balance between functionality and comfort.

The studio is equipped with a flat screen TV.
The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. There is an oven, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster and coffee machine.

The en-suite bathroom includes a toilet and offers a functional space.

Services included for this stay include:
- Welcome products: Upon arrival, you will find welcome products to start your stay comfortably (soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and other essentials).
- Bed linen and towels: Bed linen is provided and beds are made for your arrival. Towels and bath mats are also included. All these items are cleaned and disinfected by our professional laundry, Homies Eco Pressing.
- End-of-stay surface cleaning: After your departure, the cleaning staff will perform a surface cleaning to prepare the property for the next guest.

The downtown area is full of activities. You can enjoy the beach. On your way up from the main beach, you can stop at Les Halles for a cocktail in a tapas atmosphere. The free shuttle bus in the centre of the city is very practical and serves the whole centre. Discover the must-sees like: the Palais des Festivals, the Public Garden, the Bellevue Plage, the Côte des Basques, the old port with the famous Virgin Rock, the villas & historical monuments, the Hôtel du Palais... You will need some time to get to know & appreciate the city centre, as it is so rich!

If you are looking to get around Biarritz, here are some options:

- Public transport: you can check timetables and stops on the Txik Txak website.
- Taxi: Taxis are a quick and convenient way to get around Biarritz. It takes about 15 minutes to get to the train station or airport. The fare for this distance is about 20 euros during the day.
- Parking: In town, you can park on the streets and in many underground car parks. It is advisable to check the signs to avoid parking violations.

Here is the information regarding the booking conditions and check-in options for My home in:

- Once the booking is confirmed, the My home in team will contact you to arrange your stay.
- You will be met by a member of the My home in team between 4pm and 7pm. If you arrive after 7pm, a supplement of 30 euros will be charged. If you arrive after 9pm, the supplement will be 50 euros.

My home in invites you to take note of the internal rules which are automatically accepted at the confirmation of the reservation to avoid any misunderstanding.
