Nestled in the heart of the city, this flat is ideally located to explore the treasures of Biarritz and its surroundings. Please note that the flat is located above a restaurant, which may cause some noise pollution.

As you walk through the front door, you will immediately be charmed by the chic sobriety of the decoration. The living room, bathed in light, invites you to relax on a comfortable sofa that converts into a 130 x 190 cm bed, perfect for resting after a day of exploring the region.

The dining area, with its dining table for 4 people, is ideal for convivial moments around a good meal or a family breakfast. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare delicious meals, from breakfast to dinner. With a small fridge, hob, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and full set of crockery, you will have everything you need to cook like at home.

The bedroom, with its large double bed, is very comfortable. And if you are travelling with friends or family, the bed can be divided into 2 single beds to meet your specific needs.

Finally, the bathroom with its shower and toilet completes this simple and functional flat, which offers you all the comfort you need for a pleasant stay in Biarritz.

Services included for this stay include:

- Welcome products: Upon arrival, you will find welcome products to start your stay comfortably (soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and other essentials).
- Bed linen and towels: Bed linen is provided and beds are made for your arrival. Towels and bath mats are also included. All these items are cleaned and disinfected by our professional laundry, Homies Eco Pressing.
- End-of-stay surface cleaning: After your departure, the cleaning staff will perform a surface cleaning to prepare the property for the next guest.

## Transit

- Taxi: a quick option to get to Biarritz airport and train station. The cost of a taxi can vary depending on the time of day, traffic and prevailing rates, but you can expect to pay around 15-20 euros.
- Bus: there are public buses to Biarritz airport and the station, as well as to various points in the city. You can check timetables and stops on the Txik Txak website.
- Car: If you prefer to drive, you can park your car on the street or in the vicinity. It is advisable to check the signs to avoid parking violations.

Here is the information regarding booking requirements and check-in options for My home in:

- Once the booking is confirmed, the My home in team will contact you to arrange your stay.
- For your check-in, there are two options: Either you will be welcomed by a member of the My home in team between 4pm and 7pm. If you arrive after 7pm, a supplement of 30 euros will be asked. And 50 euros if you arrive after 9pm. Or, an arrival in autonomy, a procedure will be sent to you the day of your arrival.
