Welcome to Coachella, a charming 75m2 flat located in the heart of the St Charles district, offering its residents a mix of chic and vintage style. Conveniently located close to shops and 600 metres from the beach, this flat offers an ideal location to enjoy the city.

From the moment you enter, you will be won over. It has a stylish and comfortable living room with a velvet sofa, coffee table, flat screen TV and dining table for up to 4 people. The kitchen area is equipped with a SMEG fridge, gas hob, extractor fan, oven, microwave, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, kettle and crockery.

The Coachella flat has 2 attractive bedrooms, equipped with a double bed and storage. The bathroom has a shower, basin and toilet.

Services included for this stay include:

- Welcome products: Upon arrival, you will find welcome products to start your stay comfortably (soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and other essentials).

- End-of-stay surface cleaning: After your departure, the cleaning staff will perform a surface cleaning to prepare the property for the next guest.

## Neighborhood

The St Charles neighbourhood is located near the Côte des Basques beach, famous for its excellent surfing, but also near the Miramar beach, which is less well known to the general public and therefore much less frequented.
The area is characterised by its narrow, winding streets, traditional Basque-style houses, small shops and friendly restaurants. It also has several parks and gardens. It is very popular with surfers and families on holiday, as well as with Biarritz residents looking for a quiet and pleasant place to live.

## Transit

If you are looking to get around Biarritz, here are some options:

- Public transport: you can check timetables and stops on the Txik Txak website.
- Taxi: Taxis are a quick and convenient option for getting around Biarritz. It takes about 10-15 minutes to get to the train station or airport. The fare for this distance is approximately 15-20 euros during the day.
- Parking: If you prefer to drive, you can park your car in the parking space provided. Or, you can park in and around the street. It is recommended that you check the signs to avoid any parking violations.

- Once the booking is confirmed, the My home in team will contact you to arrange your stay.
- You have two options for check-in:
Be greeted by a member of the My home in team between 4pm and 7pm. If you arrive after 7pm, a supplement of 30 euros will be charged. If you arrive after 9pm, the supplement will be 50 euros.
Do a self check-in by arriving at any time after 4pm. In this case, you will receive instructions on how to access your accommodation on the day of arrival.
- Pets are allowed in the accommodation with an extra charge.
