In the very centre of Biarritz, in an alleyway, a few steps from the main beach, in the heart of Biarritz life while being peaceful, enjoy a stay all on foot.
In a beautiful 1900 building, the accommodation with a surface area of 68m2 occupying the entire ground floor is made up of an apartment and an independent studio.
The apartment offers access to its private terrace, not overlooked, of 20 m2 at the back of the house.
On either side of the living room you will find overlooking the terrace a bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 shower room with WC and on the street side, a closed office with sofa bed. The studio on the street side with shower room and WC is also equipped with a sofa bed.
We have entrusted the keys to our property to the L'Instant Côte Basque agency, which will, from your arrival to your departure, put your stay at the heart of its concerns.
