The apartment offers you the following services:
A beautiful living room with a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV, storage space and a dining table
A kitchen with everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes: microwave, hotplates, oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, refrigerator, freezer (ice dispenser) and kitchen utensils
- A large bedroom with sea view, featuring a comfortable double bed and storage space,
- A second bedroom with a double bed measuring 160 x 200 cm and a small child's bed with a single bed measuring 90 cm.
Please note that a baby cot is available upon advance reservation at a supplement of 10 euros per night.
Each room has its own clean and well-maintained bathroom with shower, sink, hairdryer and toilet.
SERVICES
- Linen (bedding and towels) and cleaning are included in the price.
- For your comfort you will also have heating throughout the apartment, as well as an iron and ironing board.
- Naturally, Wi-Fi is accessible and free!
PARKING
You have a subscription card that allows you free access to the Indigo parking lot at the Biarritz Casino, located just an 8-minute walk from your accommodation. Please note that your vehicle must not exceed a height of 1.85m. We encourage our tenants to unload their car as close as possible to their accommodation (using the hazard lights) so that you can then park your vehicle safely in the parking lot. PLEASE NOTE: for the High Season (July 14th, August 15th), the subscription card does not guarantee you a space.
CAUTION
A €500 bank imprint will be required as part of your rental. This imprint, which takes the form of a payment link and is managed by the secure online service Swikly, is mandatory and must be completed before your arrival at the property.
The amount is neither blocked nor debited and does not impact your credit card usage limits. You will only have to pay a service fee of €6.24. Within 7 days of your departure, and subject to compliance with the general terms and conditions of sale, as well as the property being returned in perfect condition, this transaction is automatically canceled.
EXCHANGES WITH TRAVELERS
One of our receptionists will contact you on the day of your arrival to schedule your check-in time.
Check-in is normally from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, however, later check-in is possible upon request and at an additional cost.
- For arrival between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m.: 35 euros.
- For arrival between 10 p.m. and midnight: 65 euros.
- For arrival after midnight: 100 euros.
PASSENGER ACCESS
IMPORTANT: The accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility, there are 3 steps to access the accommodation.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
The Grande Plage promenade, bordering the Miramar surf beach, is particularly popular for its views of the Atlantic Ocean and for walking to the Biarritz lighthouse at sunset. The richly decorated Belle Époque-style Hôtel du Palais was built for the Russian Empress Eugénie in the late 19th century, as was the Byzantine-style Imperial Chapel, renowned for its gilding. Surf shops and oyster bars with terraces overlook the ocean.
