HOUSING
Welcome to this charming apartment, fully renovated at the beginning of the year. Located in a small residence, you'll be just steps from Milady Beach, where you can hear the gentle sound of the waves from the 15 m² patio. The fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, etc.) opens onto a bright living room, creating a welcoming space.
The bedroom features a 90cm bunk bed, ideal for two children under 17, with the option to add an additional 90cm mattress. The master bedroom has a comfortable 160cm bed. The bathroom has a shower, a single vanity unit, and a heated towel rail.
The residence also offers a swimming pool accessible from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. (unsupervised and open only in summer).
The Milady district is ideally located a 2-minute walk from the Milady and Ibarritz beaches, as well as the Thalasso Thalmar, a popular spa among Biarritz residents.
PARKING
You have a secure parking space in a garage located in front of your accommodation. For larger vehicles, the garage may be narrow. You can also park in the beach parking lot, just a 2-minute walk away.
SERVICES
Linens (bedding and towels) and cleaning are included in the rate. Free Wi-Fi is available, ideal for remote working.

CAUTION
A €400 bank imprint will be required for the rental. You will be required to pay a €5.10 service fee. Subject to compliance with the general terms and conditions of sale and the accommodation being returned in perfect condition, this transaction will be automatically canceled within 7 days of your departure.

A receptionist will contact you on the day of your arrival to arrange check-in. Check-in is normally between 4 pm and 8 pm, but later check-ins are available upon request for an additional fee:
Arrival between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m.: €35
Arrival between 10 p.m. and midnight: €65
Arrival after midnight: €100
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
The area offers a beautiful seaside promenade, a children's playground, and activities adapted for people with reduced mobility, with direct access to the sea.
You are on the border of the town of Bidart, a 4-minute walk from Ilbarritz Beach. This beach, supervised during the summer season (mid-June to the end of October), stretches over 300 m of sand, ideal for swimming and golf enthusiasts. The beach is equipped with toilets, showers, and two restaurants. Dogs are not allowed during the supervised period, and access is adapted for people with reduced mobility. You can reach the beach by bike via the Vélodyssée or by bus from the "Ilbarritz" stop.
The Côte des Basques is a 5-minute drive away, as is the Bibi Beaurivage district. Les Halles de Biarritz is an 8-minute drive away. During school holidays, shuttles take you directly to the center of Biarritz in 10 minutes.
