Discover this bright 25 m² studio located in Biarritz, just a stone's throw from the Grande Plage and downtown amenities. The apartment is located on the second floor with elevator and offers a balcony with a table for two, ideal for enjoying the ocean view.

With a surface area of 25 m², this rental comprises :

- a light-filled living room with two single beds (90cm),
- a dining area,
- a well-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave oven, refrigerator),
- bathroom with bathtub,

No private parking available.

After 10 p.m., noise pollution is not accepted.
