1930's house, renovated according to the highest standards of taste and comfort while keeping the appearance of simplicity and a certain freshness... The result is a very pleasant house to live in that guests will appreciate.
The house offers about 330m² of living space on 3 levels on a plot of about 800m².
On the ground floor: living room, dining room, TV room, large kitchen, guest toilet, bedroom with dressing room and shower room. Several accesses to the garden.
On the floor a bedroom with dressing room and bathroom, two other bedrooms, bathroom. Clearance, balconies.
Second floor: 2 bedrooms, bathroom, wc, TV room.
The swimming pool (4X8 m) is a little separated from the house for the comfort of everyone. A garage completes this property.
