Villa 4 bedroom Biarritz

## Description of the property

This 250 m² villa is composed of:

On the ground floor:

-A sitting-room two sofas, one big flat screen TV + sound system
-A dinning area which seats 8
-A US fully equipped open kitchen which gives onto the dinning area
-A parental suite with a double Queen size bed, a double shower, towel dryer, double bassin. One toilet. And a dressing. This bedroom gives onto an outdoor terrace.
-A second suite with a double Queen size bed, a shower, towel dryer, one bassin. This bedroom gives onto an outdoor terrace.
-Separate toilet
- A laundry room with a washing machine and a drying machine.
- Outdoor eating area with BBQ facilities
-Heated outdoor pool*. A safety cover to prevent any incident with children.

*The pool is heated from mid April to end of October only.

1st floor:

- 2 bedrooms all equipped with double Queen size beds, a single bed at the mezzanine, a cupboard space.
- A bathroom with a bath, shower and double bassin
- a separate toilet
- Another living room area with a big flat screen TV.

Garage:

Our villa also has a garage where you can park one car, stock bicycles, surf boards or anything else you may need. You also have another parking space just in front of the garage.

-We are baby friendly: we can provide a baby cot on demand and depending on availability, a high chair and a baby bath.

Services include :

- Beds made for your arrival
- Linen (sheets ,towels, bath mats and kitchen towels). Please note we do not provide beach towels, remember to bring them with you.
- Welcome package to start you off: Oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, kitchen roll, washing-up tablets, toilet paper, washing powder.
- End of stay cleaning
- July & August : every Fridays, pool maintenance


## Description of the neighborhood

Biarritz is full of activities and you will be able to enjoy the amazing beach in the heart of the city center. Going up from “la Grande-plage”, you can stop at “Les Halles” to have an incredible drink and tapas in a local restaurant with traditional Basque atmosphere.
The free shuttle (Bus N11) from the city center is very convenient, it goes all around Biarritz.
Discover the breathtaking places you cannot miss: the Palais des Festivals, the Public Garden, the Bellevue Plage, the Côte des Basques, the old port with the famous rock of the virgin, the villas & historical monuments, the Hotel du Palais, the Miramar etc ...
Enjoy the richness of the city and its history!

## Transport and getting around

-The fastest option is the taxi (about 15 minutes from Biarritz SNCF train station or the airport). Prices go around 15/20 euros per trip.
-There is a possibility to take a bus. We invite you to visit the Chronoplus website for precise information about the timetables.
-Parking: There are parking spaces on the street. Upon arrival, we will indicate the paid places on the streets, free and paid private parking.

## Notes

Once the reservation is confirmed, the agency of My home in and its team will contact you to organize your stay.
We currently offer 2 options to check-in:
- Welcome by a member of the My home in team between 4pm and 7pm.
(A supplement of 30 euros is required for any entry with a host after 7pm, beyond 9pm, 50 euros).

Pets are not allowed in the .

For your information, we are going to ask for a deposit via Swikly platform.

Note: Travelers will have access to the entire villa except for the pool equipment room.
Possible noise pollution — The property is located in noise zone C (known as moderate noise zone) due to the proximity of Biarritz aerodrome.
From July to August, pool maintenance every Friday.
As the garden is being redesigned by a landscaper, the photos of the garden will not match. For information, a gardener takes care of the villa and he may be present during your stay during the maintenance.
