Magnificent Basque villa, fully renovated, with modern and refined decor for a charming stay in the heart of Biarritz.
The long, raw wood dining table for eight people overlooks the kitchen, which is both spacious and discreet, as all the appliances are installed behind touch-sensitive raw wood cabinets. It offers all the necessary and essential comforts: dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, and toaster.
For even more comfort, a washing machine and dryer have been installed in the small courtyard accessible through a glass door.
- The master bedroom in terracotta colors has a large bed (160 x 200), a large dressing room and a chest of drawers.
- The second bedroom, decorated in khaki, has a double bed (140 x 200 cm), two wardrobes with hanging space. The glass door opens onto a small balcony.
- The third bedroom, the children's room, with two bunk beds, contains four beds measuring 120 x 190 cm. It includes a wardrobe
- The last almond green room has a large bed (160 x 200) and a wardrobe. It overlooks the schoolyard, so it's completely quiet during the summer holidays.
Two spacious bathrooms complete the floor, each including a large shower, double sink and toilet.
📍 Ideal location
The ocean is at the end of the street, offering breathtaking views of the Basque Coast, the beaches of Bidart, and the entire Spanish coast. Shops are a 3-minute walk away: bakery, cafes, butcher, a small supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy, and a little further on, a greengrocer.

- The chimney is not in use for safety reasons.
