Nestled on a cliff facing the ocean, the Lighthouse flat is a jewel case offering an exceptional coastal experience. From its superb terrace, gaze out over the ocean and be lulled by the sound of the waves crashing against the rocks. Inside, the contemporary design creates a harmonious and soothing ambience.

Start your morning with a meditation session on the terrace, while enjoying a breathtaking view of the Atlantic Ocean and the Biarritz lighthouse before breakfast. If you're feeling adventurous, head to the Miramar beach, just a few steps away, for a surfing session, or to Biarritz harbour for a trip on a semi-rigid boat! After soaking up the sun, come home and relax in the flat with an in-home massage while a chef prepares a delicious dinner*.

Lighthouse is ideal for a romantic getaway or for a couple with 2 children.
Ideally located just 20 minutes' walk from the centre along the coast - or 5 minutes if you take the free shuttle bus - and 5 minutes' walk from Miramar beach.

The flat comprises :
- a living room, a dining area with a dining table for 4 people ;
- a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven)
- bedroom with Queen-size bed and storage cupboard;
- a sleeping area with a sofa bed that converts into a double bed;
- Two shower rooms with WC;
- A 15 m2 terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.

Services included for this stay include:
- Welcome products: On arrival, you'll find welcome products to get your stay off to a comfortable start (soap, shampoo, toilet paper and other essentials).
- Bed linen and towels: Sheets are provided and beds are made for your arrival. Towels and bath mats are also included. All these items are cleaned and disinfected by our professional laundry, Homies Eco Pressing.
- Surface cleaning at the end of your stay: After your departure, the cleaning staff will perform a surface cleaning to prepare the property for the next guest.

- As the flat is situated on a cliff, you will have to use stairs with lots of steps to access the property. A host will be on hand to help you with your luggage, but you should bear this in mind.

Ideally located in Biarritz with a sea view and a stone's throw from the Lighthouse, the Lighthouse flat provides access to the luxury boutiques, restaurants, beaches, monuments and historic sites of the imperial city... The fresh sea air and bustle of the city combine to create a quality of life that is characteristic of the Basque Coast.

## Transit

If you're looking to get around Biarritz, here are a few options:

- Free N11 shuttle bus - Regina stop: This free shuttle bus runs every 20 minutes from Monday to Saturday (except public holidays) and serves the city centre and the Lighthouse. The stop is just 93 metres from your point of departure, making it very convenient. You can check timetables and stops on the Txik Txak website.
- Taxi: Taxis are a quick and convenient way to get around Biarritz. Allow around 15 minutes to get to the SNCF station or airport.
- Parking: If you prefer to drive, you can park your car on the street or nearby. Parking is free. It is advisable to check the signs to avoid any parking offences.

## Notes

Here is the information regarding booking conditions and check-in options for My home in :

- Once your booking is confirmed, the My home in team will contact you to arrange your stay.
- For your check-in: you will be welcomed by a member of the My home in team between 4pm and 7pm. If you arrive after 7pm, a supplement of 30 euros will be charged, and 50 euros if you arrive after 9pm.

My home in invites you to read the house rules, which are automatically accepted when you confirm your booking to avoid any misunderstandings.
