It is known for the practice of Bodyboard (surfboard in reduced  model particularly appreciated by the apprentice surfers) and the tiralo (beach chair for the people with reduced mobility). It will also brings the happiness of walkers who will be taken with an irrepressible urge to take off their shoes and put their feet in the water. If you want to keep your shoes, a space between lawn and sand will allow you to enjoy the view and the sea air. This walk is very popular with Biarrots who appreciate the gentle sound of the waves. A few terraces of cafes and refreshments mark out your route. Your stroll will stop at the cliff of Ilbaritz. From there, you can see a strange building which, according to the legend, is haunted by the ghost of Baron de l'Espée. Go there to make sure of it….Half way between the city and the beach, La Milady is an ideal location for a summer vacation!
